How and when will my order be shipped?
Orders will either be sent via US Postal Service First Class(Flat Rate) or US Postal Service Priority Mail, depending on which option you choose. Your order will be sent out 1-3 days after purchase, and then you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from me. Domestic First Class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and International is about 2 weeks, though it can vary greatly by country.
“Made to order” products (detailed in the description of said products) are manufactured by a third party. These orders are processed in 2-7 business days. Shipping will depend on the shipping option chosen.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Not every country participates in USPS’s delivery tracking program. International tracking updates will end at the U.S. border unless you live in one of the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Gemany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, or Switzerland. If you live in a country with non-roman language, it can be helpful to reply to your order confirmation email with a large-size image of your address typed out in that language that I can add to your package, as well as a phone number. This can help make sure your mail gets to you properly!
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay or Paypal are safe checkout options we use. You can use your credit card with all options, even if you don’t have an account with any of these services.
Is Buying Online Safe?
It certainly is on Bianca’s Design Shop! Safety is important and I made sure that any information you provide is encrypted. This site uses SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard, when processing your credit card information. SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet.
Orders and Returns
What is your return policy?
For any inquiries or if something isn’t right, please contact me at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item appears damaged, I will be happy to work with you on a refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them in order to receive a full refund.
