Orders are typically sent out within 1-3 business days and you'll receive an email with tracking once shipped*.

*Unless you purchase stickers and select 'First Class without tracking'.

To get the most accurate shipping rates add the items you want to your cart and enter your delivery address in the checkout.

Made to order items (marked on product pages) ship separately, taking an additional 2-7 days for production before delivery. This production time may vary based on location (multiple facilities in use) and other unavoidable delays (such as during the holidays).

Estimated delivery times

I do my best to get orders packaged and sent out quickly! During the busier months, there may be some delays and I hope you can understand that. 
Most domestic orders will ship USPS, so expect normal delivery times (1-3 days for Priority, 2-7 days for First Class). Occasionally a package will be sent by UPS or FedEx but you will receive tracking as usual!

International delivery times vary by destination (typically 2-6 weeks). These orders are sent by USPS First Class International. You may not see any movement on your tracking for the first week.

Shipping prices are calculated by destination and total weight.

Your total will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Made to order items will ship directly from the printer after production through a variety of methods. If your order requires multiple shipments, you'll see the lowest possible combined postage rate. 

Shipping prices are based on US Postal Service pricing for First Class, Priority Mail, and International package service. You will be shown whatever options are available based on your order's total weight.

Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $75, which will ship via First Class. This excludes Made To Order items. The value can be from $5-15 which, you know, isn't free but I just pay it for you as thanks for the support. :)

Customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

It is your responsibility to pay for any fees to accept your package. We will not offer a refund due to abandoned mail. Packages "returned to sender" from abroad rarely make it back. Please keep an eye on your tracking information.

You may also wish to check the tracking number on your own country's postal website, as they might have more information or offer email alerts.

We can't be responsible for packages marked as Delivered.

Once a package is delivered, there's almost never any further information available. Please keep an eye out if you know mail theft is an issue in your area or if someone at your address may have collected your mail for you.
Occasionally a parcel is marked "Delivered" and actually shows up a few days later (sounds fake but I've seen it happen over a dozen times).

In the case of mail that is 100% lost, keep in mind that USPS Priority Mail automatically includes insurance up to $100. Visit USPS File a Claim (for Insured Packages) or USPS Missing Mail Report (for uninsured/First Class)

Marked as Delivered packages arriving late.

There have been a few experiences with the customer (or even myself) where USPS marks a package delivered too early and is nowhere to be found. BUT THEN it shows up a couple days later. In these rare moments, it does show up later than expected, so I would wait a few days just to make sure.
